there’s mythal imagery: the idol itself ppl have noted resembles flemythal’s crown, and potentially the burnt out tree
lisa posed the question if this was the creation of the veil or his plan to use the idol in his future plans which? given the indication that solas didn’t think he was gonna survive this himself in trespasser… using the idol’s a pretty good way for that to happen
